  Worst bank. They are super traditional, petty and narrow minded with big ego but no substance to back it up. Rude, racist and judgemental staff that are nosy/gossiping into your private life and finances. Terrible and unhelpful service. Not at all flexible or in sync with technology and trends. (Still they do not allow online transactions on debit cards when all other private banks allow, they only offer a terrible piece of plastic as an excuse called a webcard which doesn't allow withdrawals, also their is no way to get estatements, they have not switched to green banking, very difficult to activate sms alerts; did not allow to do over the phone, very bad customer service call center too) At branch is no better; They refused a withdrawal without passbook when other banks offer electronic statement. They are miles behind the rest of the private banking sector. And also falling in fitch ratings due to bad capitalization. (A+ is rating that even finance company have) So bad stability too. (They used to be good but not anymore) Do not trust them with big amounts. Keep at this bank at your own risk.
