  The hall is resides on a piece of land that was donated to the public by a philanthropist. It is generally used as an meeting hall of the sanasa society and the villege wellfare societies of kumbalwala and meenaewa villages. The hall is equiped with ample seeting and electricity to host around 100 people. At the weekends the sanasa bank officials setup there office here so that the village dwellers can fullfill their banking needs conveniently.
