  Food is fantastic and a nice place to spend time calmly. Most of the table have electric sockets to power your laptops and they provide free WiFi for customers. Please ask from the staff for the password. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance and seating.

  Expensive but a great place to have a good coffee. Little bit overpriced compared to the quality. Good place to work or study while having a coffee and snack

  On 13th January at 9.45am we went into the Liberty Plaza Store on 1st Floor Colombo Sri Lanka for breakfast which we have gone several time on our holidays. Every visit there were shortfalls on customer service and quality of food. This occasion on Saturday 13/01/18 we went into have breakfast and inquired if they had Eggs Benedict for breakfast the guy who stood behind the counter hardly spoke English said he will check and went to the back and never came back for almost 20 minutes while another staff member returned behind the counter and we asked him the same question and the response was the same he did not know. Then comes the third staff member who did not give and answer but took the order. After 20 minutes the orders came to our surprise the eggs Benedict was so bad my daughter lost her appetite. The two hot hot chocolates were horrible taste. The previous week we went in and asked the same things and was told no stock in the morning around 10am. I then spoke to the manager and asked how do you not uphold the Coffee bean corporate standards when you run their franchise. I also told him about the Eggs Benedict and how it was made. I then asked him how do you make the Eggs Benedict he said with Porch eggs. I told him have a look at the plate it was fried eggs with scrambled eggs and chicken ham slice with it.   A prime location but the service here is terrible. The staff are more engrossed in doing their own things I had to raise my voice to get my order taken
