  Very worst service... Fake information given at ikman.lk. actually I went there for instalment plan bt they charged additional 3% and ask me to call bank. When I called to bank they said that there is no any agreement with wsp phone shop. Again I have to pay 17.5% handling fee too. Bt they r advertising instalment plan available.

  Advertiseing the F5 And Selling F5 Youth version Putting one price and when you reach there price has gone up cheating on people And very bad customer service

  They don't even deserve one star.They post their add on ikman.lk regarding a phone.I read the add (original phone,2years company warranty) and call them to confirm,one boy answered the call and told me yes everything on that ikman.lk add as per the device that they have.So I went to purchase a phone(with my busy schedule).SURPRISE...... can u imagine what they told me when I was in shop, "Sorry that ikman. lk add regarding the another phone it's same brand same model lower grade and u need to pay extra 3000lkr for company warranty" This is totally cheating. Don't deceive your customers by posting such a false propaganda on web.

  Good place to buy and repair phones. They also exchange devices considering the condition of the device being exhanged. I recently bought a OnePlus 5T and is very happy with the experience. Also their prices are relatively cheaper and they offer 1 year warranties as well for an extra amount. Will happily return for any future smartphone purchases
