  For someone who wants to embrace the joy of food I can recommend the panner tikka masala. Also best mango lassi in Sri Lanka I had so far.

  Seemed like a popular place for locals and tourists alike, was full. Big variety, South Indian vegetarian fare. We found it too oily though

  Our first meal (Mango Special Thali) in Jaffna. Delicious and fresh! Curry wasn't too hot; great for Westerners. Neelan our waiter was helpful and friendly.
