  Very bad communication skills. Most of the workers in the counters doesn't have the discipline to speak in a respectful manner to the customer. Once I've visited to change a cash cheque and there might have been some issue with the cheque issuer. The cashier was speaking to me like it was my problem and treated me as I was trying to fraud the cheque. Disciplinary action is highly required for such workers. They should learn that to be respected, they must respect the other. Specially customers. Very unsatisfying visit.

  i have been trying to deposit money via the money deposit machine during bank none working hours. the units located in outside always out of service.

  I don't understand why some people consider here as a crowded place. I mean this place does have a reasonable crowd, since it is a super branch that works after hours that's understandable. But comparing to the other super branch which is in Dharmapala mawatha, this crowd is nothing

  It's open from 8am to 8pm. Very convenient times for working women!!!!
